JOB TITLE: Curriculum Quality Lead
LOCATION: Office Based
WORKING HOURS: 37.5
SALARY: £30,000.00 per year
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:
REPORTS TO: Operations Director
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Quality systems and processes at all levels
WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH: Delivery and Admin
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To manage and monitor the quality cycle, support the Operations Director, manage tutors, work with Awarding Organisations, prepare for inspections, run standardisation meetings, and promote the company mission and values.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor and maintain all policies and procedures across the business, including periodic document reviews.
* Ensure Prevent, Safeguarding, and British values are embedded within the operational area.
* Form a moderation cycle to ensure quality is checked and developed.
* Develop strategies as needed.
* Manage tutors and ensure monthly one-to-one meetings are carried out.
* Manage learner attendance processes and assess risk learners.
* Oversee the OTLA process.
* Communicate and work alongside all Awarding Organisations.
* Organise and run EQA visits.
* Own the customer satisfaction process.
* Collaborate with all individuals in the business to ensure timely task completion.
* Provide excellent customer service to all parties.
* Manage projects set by the Operations Director.
* Stay updated with new and existing product knowledge – CPD requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* QA Qualification
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Experience with Awarding Organisations
* Experience in sampling and quality checks for SLCs, reading, writing, and maths
* Ability to write reports and present findings
* Ability to provide excellent information, advice, and guidance
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Excellent organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate self and others
* Excellent personal and professional presentation

* Meet KPIs set for quality cycle, achievement rates, and learner progress
* Retention factors – ensure learners achieve their courses on time
* Manage and monitor tutor objectives and KPIs
