We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our fantastic team and help us deliver the outstanding care we’re known for. What You'll Do As Deputy Home Manager, you will: Support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional care and take on management responsibilities in their absence. Lead, inspire, and manage the team to ensure residents receive the highest quality care and enjoy the best possible quality of life. Work closely with the Clinical Lead, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and compliance checks. Set high standards and use your expertise to help the Home achieve its goal of outstanding care. About You We are looking for someone who: Has prior experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse, with a background in caring for residents with diverse health needs, including advanced dementia. Ideally holds an active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (this is desirable but not essential). Has experience managing staff, conducting safeguarding investigations, and performing clinical risk assessments.
