Our client, a dynamic organisation, is looking for an experienced Internal IT Support Analyst to join their team. This role is essential in providing 1st/2nd Line Support for internal users, ensuring all IT systems and hardware run smoothly with minimal disruption.
This would be ideally suited to a “2nd Jobber” someone who is focussed, a quick learner, confident enough to engage and deal with high end stakeholders and Department Heads/Members as well as looking after and supporting all IT relatable matters for a high maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for IT hardware, software, desk phones, iPads, and iPhones.
2. Manage laptop builds, rebuilds, and the 3-year replacement cycle.
3. Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate when necessary.
4. Ensure maximum uptime for critical applications, systems, and servers.
5. Assist with the rollout of maintenance tasks and larger IT projects.
Skills & Experience:
1. 2-4 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
2. Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, Group Policy, and Office 365.
3. Experience with Azure AD, Hyper-V server infrastructure, and backup solutions.
4. Familiarity with imaging software, MDM, and troubleshooting various IT systems.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
