With our exponential growth, we are looking for incredible individuals to join us and continue our success story About The Role We're looking for a a Recruitment Consultant to join our Internal Recruitment team in Barton-Upon-Humber The successful candidate will assist in supporting our talent strategy and growth plans, working closely with internal teams to ensure we are attracting the best talent This is a fast paced role where you will be recruiting for a variety of positions in the business within multiple departments such as Retail, IT, Marketing and Training. You will be a strong support to the team and the Recruitment Manager, ensuring our long term objectives are consistently met. The role will be working from our state-of-the-art Head Office in Barton Upon Humber, Monday to Friday. Main Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process for assigned vacancies and provide support to your team as needed. Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate first-stage interviews. Proactively source and engage candidates using channels like job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and career events. Stay on top of market trends and provide key insights to stakeholders to ensure we attract the best talent. Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, handling a variety of complex requirements and priorities. In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document. Strong background in conducting telephone interviews to assess candidates effectively. Successful track record in sourcing candidates Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both stakeholders and candidates. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. Enthusiastic, engaging, and able to inspire confidence in others.
