We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, your role will be integral to the smooth operation of our finance department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Processing invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.
2. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing the team with the necessary financial insights for planning and decision-making.
3. Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes, presenting your findings to the finance team and senior management.
4. Participating in month-end and year-end processes, including account reconciliation and report generation. You will play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in finance or accounting, preferably with a degree in a related field. You should have excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all your work.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software are essential. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
