The post is a system wide role working with BSW partners across health, care and the VSCE sector and the internal ICB organisation.The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues on equality, diversity, and inclusion across all system partners and the BSW ICB. This activity would include leadership and oversight of the NHSE EDI High Impact Action plan, Equality Delivery System, gender pay gap and wider EDI demographic workforce reportingsuch as WRES and WDES.This job description and person specification are only an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role.
