Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing bespoke products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and growth into various export markets, they are looking for a Operations Manager to join their close-knit team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day production activities across a production site, managing the process from start to finish.
* Monitor quality, safety, and overall standards of the production department to the end product.
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process improvement, utilising LEAN manufacturing tools.
* Generating production & KPI reports for senior management.
* Liaising with the design & production team to launch new products to the industry.
* Driving positive change, manufacturing excellence, and innovation.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Engineering related discipline.
* Proven experience in a management role in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong health and safety knowledge and high-quality control standards.
* Strong understanding of MRP or ERP software systems in manufacturing environments.
