Akkodis are partnering with a highly established organisation to provide ongoing support to their large scale transformation programme. Our client, in collaboration with other organisations, are in the final stages of implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud (P2P) which will modernise the way their Procurement team currently operate.
Our client is now looking for an Oracle Fusion SME/Procurement Analyst to join their team and assist them as they prepare to go-live and with cutover and post go-live activities. You will partner with the Procurement team to ensure they are fully trained on the nuances of the new system whilst also providing hands-on support in creating their catalogues and ensuring the data is up to date and in line with their classification system (ProClass). Coupled with this, you will also support the team in creating SmartForms and OTBI reports.
This isn't a configuration role as this will be covered by the client's 3rd party vendor, however, a good general technical understanding of Oracle Fusion would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
1. Highly experienced with Oracle Fusion P2P
2. A procurement background would be highly beneficial
3. ProClass or similar classification system experience
4. OTBI reporting experience
5. Smart Forms experience – desirable
6. Public Sector experience – desirable
This is an initial 6 month contract and the role has been deemed outside IR35. The client will consider fully remote candidates but you must be willing to travel to East Sussex as and when required, especially towards the end of the assignment to help the Project Manager with lessons learnt sessions and final support with the team.
