As they continue to grow, they are seeking a professional and meticulous Finance Administrator to support their established and high-performing team. As a Senior Finance Administrator based within their Commercial Finance Team, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and responding to department emails efficiently Recording customer terms of purchase and issuing contracts Ensuring the sales team has up-to-date trading terms via email and phone Providing sales analysis through the company’s reporting database Resolving internal queries related to commercial finance operationsUpdating and distributing terms of agreement for their suppliers Assisting the Commercial Finance Manager with customer analysis and ad-hoc requests Calculating basic rebates Essential Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF and Pivot Tables Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Desirable: Background in manufacturing or construction Familiarity with various IT systems, tech savvy A proactive individual eager to develop and progress into a leadership role What is in it for You?
