Experience of working in a Domiciliary Care company
Should have great experience of Microsoft Office use
Should have very good eye for detail
Good knowledge of answering the phone
Experience of working in a team
A good communicator with all our service users, their families and all our external stakeholders and colleagues
Able to work with minimum supervision
Maintaining and organising Office records and files
Ensuring a clean and organised office environment.
Ordering and managing office supplies to keep office well stocked
Scheduling meetings, appointments, trainings and events,
Taking minutes at meetings
Responding to enquires and providing good customer service
