We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve: Undertaking any necessary training Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities. Providing emotional support and companionship Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities. What are we looking for?
