As our Maintenance Manager you will maintain daily checks to ensure the good running
of the building, estate and equipment. You will be reliable and professional and
an all-round team player, with general DIY knowledges and a hands on attitude.
Duties to include
* Assisting
in keeping public areas tidy and well-maintained
* Setting up schedules of works to ensure our Grade 2 LIsted Italiante Mansion stays in perfect condition
* Working with our Projects & Maintenance Director on larger planned works
* Helping
housekeeping, bar, and banqueting staff to set up rooms or move furniture
* Ensuring
the safety of guests by, for instance, placing and removing signage that
indicates wet floors or paint
* Physical
strength and endurance for carrying and moving large items
* Good
listening skills to adequately gauge and anticipate the needs of guests
and wedding requirements
* Excellent
verbal skills to effectively communicate with coworkers colleagues and
guests
* Basic
maintenance skills to assist with maintenance tasks as needed, general DIY
skills
* Maintenance
tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, decorating
* Daily
checks such as gas and kerosene levels, drains, bio unit, bins.
* Hot
tub cleaning and maintenance
