Alternative Provision Teacher

We are seeking an Alternative Provision Teacher to join The Bridge Academy within our Multi Academy Trust. The successful candidate will have the skills, initiative, and ability to teach students in our secondary provision. We welcome candidates with various lengths of experience and subjects taught, but the new post holder will be teaching the ‘core’ subjects in our Secondary provision, as well as a subject they are passionate about during our Enrichment time.
The Bridge Academy caters for students from Key Stages 1 to 4 who have been permanently excluded from school, suffer from medical conditions including anxiety, and also offers short programs for students presenting challenging behavior in their mainstream settings.
We welcome applications from candidates with mainstream or special experience as we seek someone with the character, initiative, and flexibility to meet the needs of our young people.
Salary: MPS/UPS £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Hours: Full time, Permanent
Location: The role will be based at The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6SW
