Our client, a well-established electronics company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in East Grinstead. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who has experience in a sales support function within a technical or component-based industry. Please note - own transport is essential due to the location The Role: Manage incoming quote requests and ensure timely responses Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding quotes, order updates, and general queries Monitor market trends and product availability to support sourcing Process sales orders and amendments accurately Maintain customer information and order records on the CRM system Review customer contracts and liaise on any concessions required Work closely with internal departments and the US warehouse to coordinate dispatch and delivery within SLAs The Person: Previous experience in a sales administration/support role Industry experience in electronics, automotive, industrial, aerospace, or component sales is highly beneficial Strong communication skills, with confidence working with part numbers, pricing margins, and order details Highly organised with strong attention to detail The Package: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Flexible working (2 days WFH) after successful 6-month probation - days must be flexible based on business needs Salary up to £29,000 per annum DOE Friendly and collaborative working environment Opportunity to join a stable, well-regarded company in a growing sector If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply now or get in touch for more information.
