This role can be hired at Principal Consultant level with the view to moving to Branch Manager or at Branch Manager level.

General Staffing agency based in Epsom are seeking a Branch Manager/ Senior to manage a busy commercial desk. The company are a long standing well reputed agency locally and cover Temp and Perm recruitment across the UK. They work on adhoc requirements and have some large accounts with big international brands.
Role
* Billing/ billing manager position hiring temp and perm positions as a dual desk
* Managing the team which comprises of admin, resourcing and 360 consultants
* Day to day line management and motivation
* Performance management
* Budgetary control (depending on the level you come in at)
* Client relationship management
* Visiting clients face to face
* Interviewing and selecting team members, there is space in the office for growth
* Ensuring the team have the required tools and resources and are making use of them well
Selling Points
* Hot desk to be given to you when you join which has billed 200k, a desk with 4 large business clients with incoming work to account manage and resource.
* An existing performing team with good lengths of service
* An admin team member who does the branches compliance, time sheets and recruitment admin
* Ability to recruit across the whole of the UK

Package
* Basic salary plus individual commission plus team override.
* Overall package taken on this desk last year was 80k so that is a realistic OTE based on current team billings.
* A resourcer who will earn £100 per placement and you will keep the remaining fees
* You will inherit clients and the temps book immediately, you will also be eligible for a % of the teams billings immediately
Requirements
* You will have considerable recruitment experience
* It is likely that you have at least 2 years of management experience within a recruitment company unless you have sales leadership experience in another environment before joining an agency
* You will have experience in temp and perm hiring
* Support can be given for Principal Consultant level candidates wanting to take a step up, so long as you have had an introduction to leadership already
