Role Overview
eflow is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team UK team. This pivotal role focuses on managing and growing relationships with our existing clients, driving revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS account management and a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
* Act as a point of contact for assigned client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
* Conduct regular account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to highlight value delivered and present growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with clients to develop tailored account strategies and plans.
* Educate clients on existing products and services.
Revenue Growth:
* Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities, focusing on expanding trade volumes and introducing additional eflow products.
* Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Analyse client usage data and industry trends to identify growth potential and pre-empt churn risks.
* Provide internal stakeholders with insights and updates on client performance.
Collaboration:
* Partner with the Support, Product, and New Business Sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment on product offerings.
* Advocate for client needs and feedback within internal discussions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role, ideally in SaaS, preferably in FinTech / RegTech, but not a necessity.
* Demonstrated ability to grow client revenue through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and uncover insights.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS products and workflows.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
