Estate Development and Campus Services is seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the role of Head of Campus Support (Facilities). You will be expected to lead on the strategic and operational delivery of high quality Facilities services including: Delivery of helpdesk services Building Receptions and facilities team support Cleaning Porterage Mail room services Transport and fleet operations Coordination of maintenance and project coordination Out of hours support services Waste management You must demonstrate a significant track record of operational service delivery in a similar multi-site setting, change management and service alignment to meet the overall objectives of the University and a strong record of reviewing process and recommending / implementing innovative solutions that drive productivity in service delivery.
