NHS Grampian is looking for a Project Manager interested in taking on an exciting role that will support delivery of national, regional and local projects to improve efficiency of elective care pathways to make a difference in staff experience and patient care. This role will provide the post holder with an opportunity to manage a range of projects working across a variety of services to improve pathways of care across primary, secondary, and tertiary care. The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with clinical leadership and operational management to identify improvement opportunities and collaboratively address challenges that may impact on delivery of projects. They must be able to exhibit excellent communication skills and leadership ability. This is a rare opportunity to engage in a high profile area of work that requires passionate, motivated and value driven individuals who will confidently lead, manage, develop and implement projects that will deliver measurable improvements in elective care across Grampian.
