1. 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2. 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(6 days per week)
Contract Type: Temporary (Project-Based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to support the delivery of a key rail vehicle conversion project. Our client is expanding their team to complete the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installation phase and needs an experienced professional to oversee technical aspects of the work, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and oversee MEP installation work, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
2. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the production team.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health & safety protocols.
4. Work closely with the Production Manager to keep the project on schedule.
5. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards.
6. Lead and support the technical team across both shift patterns.
Requirements:
1. Strong experience in a technical supervisory role within rail, MEP, or a similar industry.
2. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in an industrial setting.
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project plans.
4. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
5. Understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements in a rail environment.
6. Flexibility to work shift patterns (7 AM–4 PM or 12 PM–8 PM, 6 days per week).
