Let’s be honest. Business development in recruitment is not for the faint-hearted. It’s tough. You’re selling a service that people think they don’t need (until they do), dealing with businesses that already have ‘preferred suppliers’, and navigating an industry where timing is everything.
But if you get it right? The rewards are massive.

The Role:
You’ll be joining That Recruitment Company – a fast-growing tech recruitment business working across Europe. We’re good at what we do, but we want to be the best. That’s where you come in.
* Hunting new business: You’ll be finding and building relationships with CTOs, hiring managers, and internal recruiters across the tech industry.
* Strategic sales: Not just ‘do you need help?’, but how can we add real value to your hiring process?
* Account growth: Winning business is great. Keeping it and growing it is even better.
* Working smart: Leverage automation tools, data, and insight to make BD more efficient (we’re not about making 100 calls just for the sake of it).
