Senior Private Client Solicitor
£45,000 - £55,000
(Hybrid 2 days remote)
Would you like to work in a firm that values your expertise, your time, and your ambitions? A firm that gives you the flexibility to work from home, a clear route to career progression, and financial rewards that truly reflect your ability—all without sacrificing your work-life balance.
What’s in it for you?
* Higher earning potential – A competitive salary and bonus structure based on realistic, achievable billing targets. Your financial success is directly tied to your performance, with no glass ceiling on progression.
* Hybrid working for a better work-life balance – Work from home two days a week, reducing commuting time and giving you the flexibility to manage personal commitments.
* Structured career progression – A clear path to senior positions, with transparency on how to achieve partnership if that’s your goal. No need to ‘buy in’—your future success is based on merit, not investment.
* Dedicated support – Experienced administrative and secretarial staff ensure you can focus on legal work rather than getting bogged down with routine tasks.
* Challenging and rewarding caseload – Work on a mix of high-value and complex private client matters, allowing you to develop your expertise and keep your work interesting.
* Comprehensive benefits package – Medical and life insurance for you and your family, enhanced sick pay that increases with service, paid study leave for professional development, and legal services discounts.
* A collaborative and supportive culture – Open-door leadership, regular team forums where your feedback is heard, and a genuinely inclusive environment where everyone is respected.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and estate administration, advising clients with clarity and confidence. Your role will involve client meetings in-office and remotely, as well as business development activities to strengthen the firm’s presence in the market.
Who We’re Looking For
* A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive with at least 5 years' PQE.
* Experience handling wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration, including both taxable and non-taxable estates.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
