What We're Looking For:
* Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs.
* Personal care experience, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.
* A patient, empathetic attitude and a passion for student well-being.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special education or personal care (preferred but not essential).
