We are looking to appoint a clinical teaching fellow from August 2025 for a period of 12 months.
We are seeking a ST4+ doctor in Paediatrics to join our enthusiastic team. You can expect to gain experience in working on our tier 3 rota with good support from consultants. We encourage the development of a special interest within paediatrics and offer excellent working conditions. For those sitting post-graduate examinations, we boast an excellent track record in helping our staff to be successful. For those seeking the Portfolio Pathway route (formerly CESR), our department also has experience of supporting staff to achieve and obtain this goal.
Main duties of the job
The job will combine clinical work (60%) and protected time for teaching (20%). Postholders will be funded to undertake a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and contribute towards teaching of 4th year medical students.

Person Specification
Essential
* MBBS or equivalent
* Eligible for full registration with GMC
* Evidence of achievement of ST2/CT2 competencies in a relevant specialty at time of application and likelihood of achieving ST3/CT3 competencies in Paediatrics by the start date of the post.
* Eligibility to work in the UK
