About You
Our ideal candidate is a skilled HR professional with:
* Education and Experience : A degree, comparable NVQ level qualification, or equivalent experience, with proven HR Generalist expertise.
* Knowledge of Employment Law : Up-to-date understanding of employment legislation and best practices, with the ability to implement them effectively.
* Strategic Thinking : Experience in creating and executing people plans to support operational performance.
* Technical Proficiency : Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR systems.
* Communication Skills : The ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
