Respnsibilities Foster Collaboration: Build effective, collaborative relationships across the organization to lead cross-functional teams in delivering successful projects Prepare Essential Documentation: Develop key project documents such as Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and RAID logs to ensure clarity and alignment Drive Accountability: Establish and agree on project approaches with stakeholders, create realistic plans (including quality, risk, and communication strategies), and ensure progress through regular tracking and reporting Deliver Tangible Value: Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes, not just outputs, by aligning project execution with the desired impact Adapt to Change: Proactively evaluate and adjust plans to meet evolving project needs, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business goals Your Impact Streamline Success: Manage expectations, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and build positive partnerships that support project goals.
