Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving projects to sucess? We are looking for a dynamic Project Leader to join our Capital Works team to assist and lead on programme delivery.
The role will involve the coordination and delivery of a number of work programmes and projects assigned by the Capital Works management team.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and will need to use your people and financial skills to keep a number of important programmes on time and to budget. Dealing with the whole range of internal and external stakeholders, it will be your job to identify and solve problem areas and pressure points throughout all the programme life cycle stages.
You'll need to have the ability to work efficiently ensuring you meet deadlines in a challenging but rewarding environment. You will have a good understanding of health and safety practices and ideally some knowledge of project planning, so you can successfully deliver projects with both in-house labour and sub-contractors. Excellent organisational and IT skills are also a must.
Beyond Housing supports agile working, and as a Project Leader you will have the opportunity to do this. You'll have the flexibility to work from the office, remote locations and/or home. This will also include being out and about working across all our locations so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must. We understand how important your work environment is when joining a new company, so we will work with you to ensure your work setting is suitable for you.
Please note the salary for this role does not yet include our April 2023 pay award as we are currently in negotiations with our trade unions.
Ready to lead the charge and make a difference? Apply now and join us in shaping the future of our projects.
Melanie Palmer is our Project Manager, so if you fancy a chat about the role, why not give her a call on 07815 625454.
Closing date for applications is Monday 30 March 2025, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
