About the Role:
Randstad Business Support is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and managing client records. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, proven ability to maximise accounts and build strong client relationships. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A strong strategic thinker who can develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve business objectives is required. Additionally, the ability to take initiative, lead projects, and manage complex relationships is essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including eye care vouchers, service accrual holiday enhancements, and a pension scheme. Free parking is also available on site.
