Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Recruitment Opportunity – Huddersfield
I am currently looking to recruit a skilled Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join my client’s growing team in its Huddersfield office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to advance their career and manage a diverse caseload.
We are ideally looking for a full-time candidate. However, we are open to part-time arrangements (minimum 30 hours per week, either over four or five days) for the right person. Once settled into the role, there is the potential for hybrid working.
You will possess strong commercial awareness and a demonstrated ability to handle a variety of business-related matters. You will work on transactions of varying sizes, supporting local and national owner-managed businesses, and SMEs, from start-ups to established companies.

* Acquisitions and mergers
* Shareholder and investment agreements
You will be encouraged to participate in business development, contribute to marketing activities for the team, and build relationships with clients to enhance both the firm's reputation and your own.
You will need to be self-motivated, a team player and adaptable in working with a wide-ranging client base. The role demands the ability to provide clear, commercial advice, excellent client care skills, and a proven ability to foster strong client relationships. Exceptional organisational, written and IT skills are essential.
We are ideally looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, although applications from newly qualified solicitors with experience in corporate or corporate & commercial law (gained through their training contract) will also be considered.
