Salary: up to £45,000 DOE (plus bonus)

Overview:
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established, national provider who offers support to individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism, to recruit for a Registered Service Manager to oversee their ‘Good’ rated, 12 bedded residential service for adults with complex needs. Join a team that are always on-hand to support with home management and daily life skills so everybody is involved in cooking, cleaning and making choices about their home. Friends and family are always invited to come and join in with karaoke or parties. The town is nearby and there’s always fun to be had whether it’s a trip to the seaside, the theatre or a relaxing pub lunch. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a management position, with exposure to autism and learning disabilities.
The Candidate:
As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company’s quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Area Director, where together you will ensure the service users receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, and you will also be required to have strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.
Minimum Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* 3 years minimum experience in a similar setting
* Background of working with adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health
* Knowledge of the CQC / KLOES / regulations
* Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
