WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING In this executive role at Jonas Europe, you will lead a sub-set of companies (Business Units) within our growing portfolio, across different sectors. Your role will encompass strategic oversight, operational leadership and growth excellence, driving financial performance. You will work closely with divisional leaders to align their operations with the Business Units overarching goals and contribute to Jonas Europe’s continued success. Part of your role will be to grow your group, along with the M&A team, build relationships and acquire agreed targets in the market through our already in place team and processes. You will also form part of the Jonas Europe Executive team in contributing towards growth strategies both strategic within your acquired and existing Business Units and through acquisitive growth. ROLE RESPONSIBILTILES Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional and company-wide objectives. Foster collaboration and alignment among Business Units. Ensure strategies reflect diverse perspectives and address the needs of all stakeholders, fostering equitable growth across all sectors. Operational Excellence: Oversee the performance of multiple Business Units, ensuring efficiency and profitability, to an agreed minimum level. Implement best practices to drive innovation and enhance operational standards. Financial Management: Oversee budgets, forecast revenues, and ensure financial targets are met. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality, ensuring operating businesses are optimally sized and relevant to their financial trading performance. Support and monitor investments needed in Opex for growth. Talent Development: Mentor and support Group Leaders and Business Unit Leaders, fostering leadership growth. Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and professional development that supports employees from all backgrounds. Provide guidance, support and development opportunities for others. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between business units and executive leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Advocate for the inclusion of diverse voices in decision-making processes, ensuring equity in stakeholder representation. Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity through your Business Unit Leaders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. DEMONSTRATABLE PRE-REQUISITES Working within a software related field/sector(s). Multi-business and jurisdiction Management experience. Multi £Million P&L management. M&A deal flow experience.
