Description We are seeking a dedicated Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team in London. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Company Secretarial and Legal Department. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Support (70%) : Plan, coordinate, and prepare agendas and papers for committee meetings. Attend and minute committee meetings. Produce and circulate minutes, and track and follow up on actions. Corporate Administration (25%) : Maintain committee annual agenda planners and terms of reference. Assist with the production of the company annual report & accounts. Handle statutory compliance administration and filing. Maintain the Blueprint database and assist with auditor requests. Develop guidance notes and procedures for the department. Share Schemes (5%) : Assist with the company secretariat aspects of employee share plans. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified or part-qualified Chartered Secretary. Experience in financial services company secretariat, supporting committees within an FCA-regulated firm. Skills & Attributes: Excellent minute writing skills, with a high standard of written communication. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills. Effective communicator at all levels, able to build and maintain key relationships. Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute. High standards of professional and administrative excellence. Trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in ICT skills, including Blueprint OneWorld, Microsoft Office, and BoardIQ (training can be provided).
