The role will provide delivery of NSL training courses to delegates and clients. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Delivery of NSL & accredited courses at NSL training centre and client sites
* Deliver competency assurance and development internally and to clients.
* Review and development of technical and training materials.
* Instil best practice behaviour and activities.
* Mentor colleagues / cross development & training.
* Development, review and delivery of training materials.
* Assist NSL Management with Internal / external accreditation activities.
* Assembly and packaging of NSL products.
* Conduct ad-hoc duties and cover for the Operations Manager as required.
Communication and interpersonal skills

* Crane, heavy lift and transportation knowledge
* Working knowledge of energy and lifting market needs, including key disciplines, roles & responsibilities, Full UK Driving licence

* Rigging & Lifting - NSL/EAL L3, OPITO Assessment / Reassessment, NPORS etc.
* Banksman Slinger - NSL/EAL L3, OPITO St. Assessment / Reassessment, NPORS etc.
* Competence Assessor / Verifier (SQA, OPITO or equivalent)
* NEBOSH General Certificate
