Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with the mentorship of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and network Packaging engineering lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and design sophisticated packaging solutions.
* Build packaging specifications and instructions for operational usage.
* Conduct Design of Experiments (DOEs) using Minitab or JMP for parametric and non-parametric testing.
* Facilitate risk management tools, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Design Assessment (DA), and Situation Appraisal.
Requirements:
* Masters degree in Packaging or a related field (preferred).
* Bachelor's degree in Packaging or a related field (preferred).
* Equivalent demonstratable experience.
* Proficient in MS Office, SolidWorks (or similar), and CAPE (or similar).
Working Conditions:
* Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards.
* Cleanroom environment: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc.
* Office environment with some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
