What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
1. Partner with the external Director, Insurance Sales to drive business development
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance-focused advisors within assigned territories
3. Meet or exceed sales targets and grow the number of productive advisor relationships for the Individual Insurance Product Line
4. Conduct one-on-one discussions, seminars, and case consultations to build relationships with producers
5. Provide marketing support and case consultation to drive sales for the life and health insurance division
What is Required (Qualifications):
1. Post-secondary education and/or applicable professional designation (i.e., CFP, CLU, CHFC, TEP)
2. Minimum of 5 years of financial industry experience in marketing to firms and advisors in a life insurance environment
3. Excellent negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in various office-based software, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
5. Superior time management and organizational skills
