HR Administrator - Shared Services
Location - Sunbury (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Type - Temporary 6 months
Salary - PAYE £15.53ph / Umbrella £22.00ph
We have a great opportunity for a candidate who has HR Administration experience with CIPD and is looking to move into a HR Advisory position.
Our client is a multinational energy company looking for a candidate who will join their HR Shared Services team to be the first point of contact for employees, line managers and people advisors. Supporting full employee life cycle query resolution via live channels e.g. chat and case management.
Coaching line managers through employee relations queries, reward, performance and compensation queries as well as providing exit guidance within a high volume environment.
Using Workday to create, update, triage and/or resolve cases
Manage ER/IR cases responsibly, identifying, pre-empting and mitigating risk.
What we are looking for
You will ideally have 2 year plus HR Administration background and provided HR policy and advisory support to Line Managers and employees.
Worked in a high volume/large function environment
Desirable - Workday and Salesforce.
Pay - PAYE via agency £15.53ph plus holiday pay = £18.02ph or via Umbrella company - £22.00ph
