The Role:
* Responding to Customer enquiries
* Advising the customers as to Approved Installers and Dealers
* Referring technical enquiries to the Tech team
* General support to customers
* Taking inbound customer service calls
* Following up enquiries
* Following up on samples sent to residential customers
* Managing of the ‘Enquires’ Inbox
* Following up Material Lists
* Inputting data
* Gathering and documenting key project information on a CRM
What We’re Looking For:
* A polite, professional, and persistent telephone manner.
* A proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Experience with CRM systems and the ability to adapt to change.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office
* A “Can do” attitude, with the drive to go above and beyond for our customers.
