At Bill's we are looking for a high performing chef - perhaps looking to take their first steps into the world of food development, if you are looking for a change of routine from Kitchen life – this is for the most part a Monday to Friday role.

What your focus will be within this role;
• Creating dish specifications, dish methods & product handling guides.
• Recipe and product testing ensuring quality, taste and consistency meet brand standards.
• Managing samples and facilitating product tastings
• Provide regular updates regarding project status, challenges, and successes.
• Addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise during the development process.
• Shared responsibility of development kitchen management.
• Assisting with the preparation & smooth running of photoshoots & menu training.
• Working with the wider team to assist on projects at the development kitchen or in sites
What will make you successful in the role
• Previous kitchen experience and understanding of chefs and kitchens. (not necessary having held a management position)
• Attention to detail
• Good written English, proficient in IT- Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good organisational skills, demonstrating a clear thought process & logical thinking.
• Reliable with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This is an onsite role, the location will primarily be North Acton or Putney - It is expected that you will be able to commute to this location daily.
