The Centre has over 40 shops, including major retailers such as Marks & Spencer, New Look, H&M, Asda, Sainsbury's, and B&Q. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch standards in both hard & soft services. Empower, motivate, and develop the Centre operational team, to deliver best-in-class service aligned with all commercial goals. Liaise directly with internal & external stakeholders, such as the tenants, landlord, local council, and more. Key skills & experience: An exceptional leader with proven empowerment, communication, and motivation skills, with experience in a customer facing environment, preferably retail. Comfortable managing contractors in both hard & soft services and ensuring Health & Safety compliance, IOSH preferred, ESG initiatives, waste and energy management. Experienced in managing budgets, preferably service charge.
