As Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our state-of-the-art New Drug Product (NDP) facility, currently under construction at our Wrexham site – the largest Capital investment in Ipsen’s history. This exciting project will be your immediate focus, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations. Longer term, we are investing heavily in various projects over the next 10 years, ensuring continuous innovation and growth. Key responsibilities: Conduct technical appraisals, lead design reviews, and manage project work packages. Support and execute commissioning, qualification activities, and manage safe equipment operations. Provide technical leadership in process engineering. Ensure compliance with standards, practices, and regulatory requirements e.g. GMP. Identify and promote innovative solutions, process improvements, and develop Quality Risk Assessments. Collaborate with the project engineering team, engage site personnel, and coordinate with vendors.
