One of our top clients are currently looking for an office manager to work out of their head officer. Our client is a leading national construction company who specialise in Groundworks, Civil Engineering and RC Frame. As the office manager the main bulk of your role will consist of managing the office budget, dealing with staff issues and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures, as well as create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety, day to day running of the office Responsibilities: Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office Organizing the office and ordering stationery and equipment Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting Provide general support to visitors Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences Design and implement filing systems Ensure filing systems are maintained and current Handle customer inquiries and complaints by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner Provide administrative support via phone or email Skills you need: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
