Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit for a permanent Community and Events Manager, based in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders to provide unique and high-end events to suit a variety of requirements/special occasions. This is a dual role, encompassing day to day building operations support alongside event management. You will be fortunate to work in a stunning environment which has had significant investment in recent years.
The role of Events Manager is a busy, diverse role which encompasses effective promotion of events whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of business services within the client's site. Key duties include but are not limited to:
* Customer/community engagement
* Relationship management with key stakeholders, internal and external
* Coordinate seasonal events, initiatives and decor
* Access management and security control
* Vendor coordination and management
* Manage events calendar and all supporting administration
The successful candidate will be an experienced Events and Operations professional, with demonstrable experience delivering business-focused events for a variety of customers. You will be well versed in facilities management and the fast-paced nature of managing a busy events calendar.
