Commercial Team Coordinator To provide an efficient and effective level of administration support to our Commercial Team at NWF demonstrating commercial awareness and maximising cost efficiencies. Support the Administration team in achieving the teams and company objectives. Main duties/Responsibilities To ensure processes are adhered to accurately and timely whilst demonstrating excellent organisation skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload daily dependent on Company needs and timescales whilst working in a pressurised environment. Manage, communicate and distribute KPI information, results and produce corresponding reports and management information. Act as the point of contact for colleagues, the raw material and trading department and suppliers providing support and input for trader orders and managing and solving queries. Effective contract management through accurate selection of purchase contracts to minimise rent, whilst manging, the contracts from set up to closure and any discrepancies. Inputting purchase and sales contracts accurately whilst generating sales and purchase orders and back-to-back orders. These correlate to what we have in our mills and docks, so position management will also be required. Co-ordinating and arranging loads from our mills and multiple docks to arrive onto farms and other sites whilst dispatching and receipting weights received from invoices and external suppliers. Ensuring contract, order and broker confirmations are checked and accurate and investigate any discrepancies. Inputting all trader orders via our system and supplier portals promptly and accurately to ensure customers receive their feed as planned with also generation of new product codes for the traders and the products they sell.
