The Wellbeing, Culture and Development Department provides specialist development for individuals, teams, and groups to be effective, well, and thrive at work. The role of Specialist Facilitator in our team makes a valuable contribution to fostering a positive work environment that supports the physical, mental, and emotional wellness of our colleagues across NHS Grampian. We are seeking a well-being specialist to contribute to our commitment to Caring, Listening & Improving within Health and Social Care in support of our Plan for the Future and Strategic Transformation. We’d love to hear from you if you have passion, ideas, and experience in the field of culture and staff wellbeing.
