Join our team as a Finance Administrator and play a crucial role in managing our financial operations! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Microsoft Office, Xero, Sage Payroll, and Sage Accounts. Your ability to communicate effectively with service users, relatives, and staff at all levels will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Bookkeeping : Manage purchase and sales ledgers using Sage accounts and assist in raising fee invoices.
Financial Reporting : Support the production of financial reports for directors and assist with audits by reconciling accounts.
Payroll Management : Process monthly payroll through Sage, ensuring compliance with HMRC.
Liaison : Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Health Boards, and service users to provide financial advice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in finance administration.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A satisfactory DBS check is required.
