Our client is a leading Facilities Management Group, looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in a critical environment across a number of sites in the Hampshire area.
Duties
1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive and servicing on all Mechanical plant and equipment in Commercial Offices, Hospitals, Schools, etc.
2. Basic Plumbing, Water Treatment, Legionella, Compressors, Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Plant Room Assist
3. Fault-finding, servicing & repair work
4. Emergency Lighting
5. Lamping
6. Maintain up-to-date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment
7. Ensure that detailed maintenance records are kept
8. Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment
9. Ensure compliance with all company's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
1. Must have worked in a similar environment
2. City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3. Legionella awareness advantageous
4. IPAF
5. Basic Hand Tools
If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate, this will be hugely advantageous.
