About the Role
Manns Lodge, a new development of 38 one and two-bedroom retirement apartments in Cranleigh, is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lodge team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining facilities, coordinating events, and building relationships with local community groups.
The ideal candidate has strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They should be motivated, experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A salary of £22,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits, reflects the demands of this role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
