Job summary Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for Housekeepers to join our female acute treatment ward at Ash Villa, in Sleaford. About the Role and You: We are looking for friendly, reliable and hard-working candidates who will be flexible, and organized with good interpersonal and communication skills. All general housekeeping duties will be required within a mental health inpatient environment to set procedures and to ensure the cleanliness of a hospital environment is maintained to a high standard in accordance with CoSHH, Health and Safety and Infection Control measures in place. This will additionally include the support and serving of patient mealtimes, therefore direct patient contact will be required. You will be a team player and have the ability to use your initiative to prioritise and organise daily duties, whilst maintaining the Trust Values (Compassion, Pride, Integrity, Valuing Everybody, Innovation and Collaboration). The unit is operational 7 days a week therefore weekend and bank holiday cover will be required to ensure that we have sufficient housekeeping services at all times.
