Are you a dynamic insurance professional with extensive broking experience? We are seeking a Broking Manager to deliver comprehensive services to our clients and drive new business acquisition for a leading broker based in Alcester. You will ensure customer requirements are met to the highest standards while enhancing the efficiency and profitability of our broking department.
Joining the general commercial broking team, featuring a property specialist division. You will work alongside a deputy broking manager and 14 account handlers, fostering a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will drive sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the Board of Directors. You will manage new client instructions, policy alterations, and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and premium collection. Key responsibilities include team management, maintaining client and supplier relationships, overseeing client accounts, managing the accounts function, and supporting compliance with FCA standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced Account Executive looking to step up and take on leadership and operational responsibilities. We seek someone with significant insurance industry experience, preferably in broking. You should have a proven track record in managing client accounts, handling complex insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Managerial experience is essential, along with relevant industry certifications such as Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are a must, alongside a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
