Purpose of the Role: To clinically promote J&J Cancer Therapy medicines across prioritised Integrated Care Systems and Cancer Alliance footprints ensuring optimised appropriate patient access. As a Therapy Area Specialist (TAS), you will lead the business plan for implementation within NHS Trusts and other defined local accounts. In Hospital Trusts, you will deliver specific tactics to support local uptake of medicines in agreement with your Strategic Access Manager (SAM) and National Sales Manager (NSM). Your role involves promoting J&J Cancer medicines in Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to ensure patient uptake and access. A detailed understanding of NHS Trust health priorities and pathways is essential for effective business planning and customer engagement. Responsibilities: Clinical Promotion & Scientific Knowledge: Drive clinical demand for defined indications through execution of brand strategy in-field. Deliver assertive clinical arguments to influence clinician behavior and drive prescribing change. Lead sales tactics within Strategic Account Plans to complement cross-functional team efforts. Ensure appropriate time and resource allocation in NHS Trusts to drive clinical uptake. Engage with clinical stakeholders to enhance awareness of J&J medicines. Provide training and education to HCPs, adhering to J&J codes of conduct. Develop local prescribing advocates to share experiences within the community. Maintain expert-level knowledge of therapy, products, and competitors. Business Plan Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage brand value across systems. Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, and financial objectives. Identify and nurture disease state experts and advocates to boost brand performance. Build and maintain trusted customer relationships aligned with strategic goals. Utilize CRM for effective call reporting and data insights to drive success. Gather market intelligence and insights, sharing them with brand teams.
