A Unique Opportunity
After 18 months with the Group, our current Director for Property Services has been successful in securing an Executive Director post within the social housing sector, creating this exciting opportunity here at Progress Housing Group.
Your Role as Director of Property Services:
In this pivotal year, as a Director of Property Services, you will work as part of a team, building networks and relationships right across the organisation. As a full member of the Group’s senior leadership team, the successful candidate will also work closely with other senior colleagues to provide strategic leadership for the organisation as a whole, but in particular to ensure excellent performance and customer service in the delivery of repairs and maintenance services to keep our tenants safe in their homes.
You will use your experience and knowledge to ensure that the Group meets its statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance obligations in the management and maintenance of its property assets through effective people management and leadership.
This is a full-time post working 36.25 hours per week on a permanent contract.
What You Will Bring:
* Experienced and creative maintenance and asset management knowledge.
* Experience of managing a direct workforce as well as delivering maintenance services through contractors.
* Experienced strategic property manager capable of leading the team in the delivery of an excellent repairs and maintenance service.
* A strong team player who can lead and motivate teams and encourage motivation.
